These terms cover your use of makani-media.com and Makani Media Booking, our consultation and shoot-request service.
Requests and bookings
Please provide accurate contact and project information. A shoot request is not a confirmed booking. We will confirm availability, scope, and pricing with you before finalizing a shoot. Consultation requests are subject to availability and follow-up confirmation.
Pricing and project agreements
Website prices describe standard services; your final quote depends on the agreed project. Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, delivery, and footage-use rights will be set out in your project agreement. These website terms do not create additional fees or change an existing project agreement.
Safe and lawful production
Drone and other shoots depend on weather, safe conditions, site access, required permissions, and applicable rules. We may need to adjust or reschedule a shoot when those conditions are not met. Please tell us about access restrictions, hazards, and any permissions needed at the location.
Website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false or abusive requests, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Online scheduling may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors; contact us if a request fails or you need to confirm an appointment.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We may update these website terms and will show the effective date here. Updates do not change previously agreed project terms.
